What we collect

If you fill out the quote form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email, city, and project details. If you call 562-441-4652, we see your phone number the way any phone does. That's it — no accounts, no tracking pixels stuffed in emails, no data brokers.

How we use it

To call or email you back about your plumbing job. That's the whole list. We don't sell your information, rent it, trade it, or add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand how many people visit, which pages they view, and roughly where visits come from. This information is aggregated — we use it to improve the site, not to identify you personally.

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google's browser opt-out tool (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The site keeps working fine either way.

A notice appears at the bottom of the site the first time you visit, and dismissing it simply stops it from reappearing on your device.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the services that make the website run — hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and analytics (Google, described above). These providers process data solely to provide those services to us. Beyond that, we share information only if the law requires it, in the unlikely event that ever comes up.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept as long as they're useful for serving you (quoting, scheduling, warranty history), then deleted. If you'd like your information removed sooner, call and ask.
